i always feel like everythin is in place and working smoothly whenever after a swim.. i feel refreshed and fit, i start to eat right and there is a calmness in my heart.. like i am juz part of this world, not intruding, not disturbing the balance, juz flowing along.. so relaxing.. most of all, i feel happy..

a good swim does wonder eh..
