finally went for a run and swim today.. have to thanx haofatt and alwyn, if not i would have found some excuse to excuse myself.. exercising really is refreshing! everythin seem to be in place after that, as if my life has been cleansed, and i have renewed energy to do more stuff instead of revertin back to my slacking days.. ha, but i doubt that feelin would last.. henceforth, i shall exercise daily!!
